To promote overall economics betterment of members through self help and mutual aid in accordance with co-operative principles specified in the first schedule of the act.
The aim of Society is to promote overall economic interest by effectively organizing scheme to purpose and process milk and manufacture milk products by using modern techniques, process and preserve them in saleable condition.
Procure the milk produced by it’s members and Agriculturists.
Arrange for transportation of milk and purchase / hire vehicles for such transportation.
Purchase Machinery, Equipment. Tools implements, Materials, Furniture and dead stock, Laboratory ,Chemicals etc. necessary for processing of milk.
Pasteurize and Chill milk and sell it
Determine grade of milk and fix rates therfor.
Purchase ice to preserve milk or manufacture ice and purchase required ice manufacturing machinery , Equipments, Material etc
Acquire purchase contract or hire, Go down, Buildings, Land , Sheds packing places, Cold Stores etc. for carrying out milk processing as also other activates of Society.
Open milk centers for collection and sale of milk.
Arrange transportation of milk and milk products.
Appoint commission agents, open branches, run depots for sale of milk and milk products.
Export milk and milk products outside Indian territories.
If and when demanded by members , purchase quality breed cattle such as Buffaloes, Cow etc.
Enter into necessary agreement/with members time to time for achieving above objects.
Manufacture or get manufactures (a) milk powder , fresh cream, Ghee, Curds, Butter , Cheese, Khoa, Basundi ,Shrikhand ,Ice-Cream , Flavored milk etc and (b) other allied milk products from milk collected by Society.
